「陸上自衛隊広報センターりっくんランド」は、陸上自衛隊唯一の大規模広報施設となっており、２００２年に「見て、触れて、体感して」をコンセプトに、来館された皆様に陸上自衛隊の広範なイメージを常続的かつ体系的に情報発信し、理解を得ることを目的として設立されました。
　館内では、陸上自衛隊の組織・編成、任務・役割、今までの活動状況を学べ、戦車等の大型装備品をはじめとした各種装備品を間近で見ることができるとともに、フライトシミュレータ及びVRゴーグルを装着して戦車・水陸両用車等の疑似乗車体験ができます。
　また、陸軍予科士官学校や旧軍に係る資料及び朝霞駐屯地や郷土の歴史を展示・紹介している振武臺記念館についても公開しております。
