Lia is a smart posture device combined with mobile app that is dedicated to improve the posture. Lia consists of software (mobile application) and hardware (wearable device).
The work of Lia is simple: when you slouch or have your shoulders in an incorrect position, the device gently vibrates and you get a notification on the smartphone to correct your posture. Lia device is to train your muscles so that you gain a habit of good posture.
In the Lia application, you will be able to track the progress, set up daily goals and analyze the weekly or yearly statistics.
