LOÓNAとは何ですか？
LOÓNAは、長くストレスの溜まった一日から素早く離れ、睡眠のための適切な気分に入ることができる最初のアプリです。

ですから、これはまた別の睡眠アプリですね？
完全にではありません。LOÓNAは直接的な睡眠テクニックのリストではなく、むしろ日中落ち着いた状態を保ち、夜の睡眠に感情的に準備するための気分変化アプリです。

就寝前の気分はなぜ重要ですか？
一日の間に蓄積したネガティブな感情は、睡眠中に脳で処理され、固定化されます。そのため、将来再びそれらに直面する際にそれらから離れることがより困難になります。さらに、怒りや不安、憂鬱、または逆に興奮や陽気な気分を抱くことは、睡眠の開始までの時間やREM睡眠に影響を与える可能性があります。人々はこれを睡眠障害の症状と誤解することがありますが、実際にはただ単に睡眠のための適切な気分ではないかもしれません。
