About MOMS - The Training Sessions

There are more than enough reasons to keep exercising during your pregnancy! Over the past few years, the renowned Dutch Personal Trainer and Coach, Radmilo Soda, has built up a great deal of experience in training pregnant women and has developed a special training programme for them. The programme is described in his book MOMS and is now in this app. It has been designed to develop and maintain mobility, suppleness, relaxation, correct breathing techniques, stability and strength. Various warming-up techniques are also explained and you will get exercise plans to prevent injuries.

In Radmilo’s tailor-made programme, he explains approach for each muscle group. The exercises are suitable for everyone whether you are used to exercising or not. The programme has been well constructed, so that every pregnant woman can exercise with confidence!
