1. Add Tech ID to “My Profile” & “About Me”
- Technicians will now be able to easily access their Tech ID in BOTH the “My Profile” & “About Me” sections of the Tech App.
2. Discounted Parts Information in “Resources”
- In the “Resources” tab, technicians will now have a full section dedicated to the Puls partnership with Marcone. This will include an overview of the partnership, how it benefits technicians, and how they can access the Marcone portal.

- Technicians will now have the ability to view the Repair Quote that they created on a paid service call.

2. Follow Up creation from a completed Service call:
- Once a Service Call has been paid & completed, if the customer wants to move forward with the repair, the technician can now schedule the follow up from right within the tech-app.

3. Highlight chat feature over call/email:
- Appointment chat will now be the highlighted communication form. However, the call/email options will still be available.

a. Puls technicians will now be able to purchase parts directly from our partner Marcone at a discounted rate.
2. Schedule: Map View update
a. We have updated the map view to be consistent with other schedule views. Now, jobs will be color coded based on their completion status.

1. “There’s an Issue” Updates: If you have an issue with any jobs assigned to you, there will now be updated prompts for you to send to dispatch to help resolve these.
2. Availability screen Tooltip: Selecting your availability will now be easier than ever. There is now a tooltip on the availability screen that will provide instructions on how to easily fill out your availability.
3. Updated Copy on Claim Job Screen: Text update on the claim job screen.
4. Skills Updates: Skills updates are now completed in a semi-automated way, making it much easier for you to update existing skills and add new skills. Additionally, we've removed any skills that are no longer relevant.

1. Ability to search historical & future appointments: We've added some additional search criteria and filters to easily find past & future appointments.
2. Update to "done" & "awaiting payment" status in schedule screen: Now, when an appointment has been completed, but payment has not been sent by the customer, we will highlight the appointment red so that it is clear action is still needed.
3. Timeline on claim job screen: In a situation where you have multiple jobs on the schedule, we will place a timeline in the claim job screen that shows the approximate distance between the job that you already have claimed, and the job you are about to claim.
4. Membership sales leaderboard: There will be a leaderboard under the Membership Info tab that shows the number of memberships sold by Puls technicians. At the end of each month, there will be a bonus sent out to the top 3 performing technicians
5. Open appointment chat for all verticals: Chat with customers will be available in every vertical that Puls offers
