About Simple Stress Survey - Stress Check
This application aggregates the 57 occupational stress simple survey forms (Japan / English) recommended by the Stress Check System based on the revised Occupational Safety and Health Act and mails the results. (In addition to mail attachment It can not be shared)
Please refer to "Stress Check System Implementation Manual based on Occupational Health and Safety Law" at the time of use and carry out at your own risk.

Start time, elapsed time (second, first decimal place), Answer (1: first from top 2: Top 2 from the top 3: 3rd from the top 4: 4th from the top)
