The SumTotal mySupport app provides all support and service information in a single, one-stop-shop application.
mySupport app is now available for all our Designated Support Contacts.
Key features include:
- Aggregated key support metrics, such as resolution time, backlog and age
- Immediate Information arranged as Need to Do, Need to See and Need to Know
- Escalation and prioritization status and progress
- Use with Salesforce mobile app to see or update Case details (Internal Users)
- Upcoming deployment and maintenance schedules and status
- Outage notifications and status updates
Please note the email address you use to login to the app should be in our records and identified as a Designated Support Contact for your account.
