About Weekly Macros
Counting macros is the best way to fit whatever we want to eat into our lives while maintaining our fitness. However, it is impossible to eat the same amount of calories or macronutrients every single day.
Weekly Macros spreads flexible dieting over a week, instead of a day and adjusts to fluctuations in your caloric intake throughout the week to show you how much you should eat depending on your intake for the previous part of the week. This makes it easier to alternate how much you eat on training and non training days while making sure you are at a caloric surplus / deficit to build muscle or lost fat.
