[주요기능]
1.화면 공유
- 고객이 캡쳐한 폰화면을 상담원은 실시간으로 공유를 받아 문제가 발생한 부분을 같이 보고 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있습니다.
2.그리기
- 고객과 상담원은 상호간 의사소통 중 중요 확인사항을 체크, 밑줄 긋기 등을 통해 화면에 대해서 명확한 의사소통이 가능합니다.
3.채팅 서비스
- 채팅 서비스는 고객과 상담원간의 정확한 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있도록 도와줍니다.
4.간편 접속
- 고객은 상담원이 전달한 6자리 접속코드만으로 간편하게 접속할 수 있습니다.

[사용방법]
- 접속코드를 이용한 상담원 연결
1.앱스토어를 통해 다운 받은 ‘모바일 지원’ 어플을 실행합니다.
2.상담원에게 전달받은 접속코드를 입력 후 OK버튼을 누릅니다.
3.원격연결 후 지원을 받습니다.
4.원격지원 완료 후 종료합니다.

- 백그라운드에서의 연속적인 GPS 사용은 배터리 사용시간을 단축시킬 수 있습니다.
