Follow workouts designed specifically to help you achieve the rings and the bar muscle ups, at your own pace. Hit the gym or park, tap 'Start' and let the app tell you how many sets and reps you got to do!
******** How to use the app ********
No timer, it's all about the supersets and reps
> Hit start on your chosen level
> Perform your first superset = 2 exercises in a row with no rest
> tap on the 1st checkmark to validate your first superset
> rest for a minute or 2
> repeat!..
the app will change to the next superset automatically when needed.
*** Important ***
Please note that you will need access to a pair of rings to execute all the workouts.
Skip to next set of exercises (superset) if you can't finish the one you are currently doing, your progress will be saved and the app will then only record what you actually did, which will give you an accurate score for the workout.
Score at least 80 to unlock next level.
******** SAVE ON DATA *******
Each workout, supersets and exercises with video are directly available. This means you can train and access all content even if there is no internet access.
******** Ready to go ********
The app works out of the box so you don't need to set up an account, all progress will be saved on your phone so your data is secure, we have no access to it.
