OC Bus has completely redesigned the OC Bus Mobile Ticketing app to provide riders with an even smoother user experience. This upgrade offers improvements throughout that make purchasing and organizing tickets simple, fast and even more secure.
Key improvements include:
More payment options – You can now split payments between two payment cards and use Apple Pay as a payment method.
Payment nicknames – New optional nickname field (e.g. “Personal,” “Work”) helps you organize your different payment methods.
Updated Ticket Hub – Tickets are now easier to find and activate within the ticket hub. Activated tickets are highlighted in green to make them easier to find. Multi-rider functionality has been simplified for easy activation of multiple tickets at one time. The new Buy Again button lets you quickly repurchase a ticket type.
Intelligent ticket retrieval – You no longer need to proactively move your tickets from an old device to a new one or call support if you’ve lost your device. The new ticket hub allows you to retrieve your tickets from another device in just one click.
Increased security options – Touch ID (iOS), Face ID (iPhone X), or password verification are now supported before completing a purchase.
