With OceanNow™ you can enjoy personalized Guest service on demand. Place an order that finds you on board a MedallionClass™ ship from Princess Cruises. No need to wait at the bar!
Open OceanNow, and place a food or drink order: your OceanMedallion™ directs crew members to your location with your order!
Or put in a CrewCall™ request, and sit back and relax. Princess Cruises is at your service. A crew member will come directly to you. Once the crew member arrives, you can order food and drinks, ask for assistance, learn about the onboard entertainment schedule, discover excursions available at your next port of call, or anything else you might need.
Real time service updates: once you put in a service request, OceanNow will update you on which crew member is on their way and how soon they'll arrive.
JourneyView™ allows you to access the ship’s interactive timeline to scroll through all of the activities and events available on board during your voyage and bookmark the ones that appeal most to you.
