By entering a property address, owners' name, assessor's parcel number (APN) or search nearby properties, Lawyers Title Property Now can provide real time access to valuable property information.

Get property address, mailing address, legal description, parcel and tract information, tax information, property characteristics, transfer history, nearby properties, comparable sales and a plat map.*

- The last 10 photos are saved in the app so that users can go back to the property profile they previously viewed.
- If the property address cannot be found, the user is taken to the Near Me functionality which displays a map with properties where profiles are available.
