Mi3d Description
The mi3d app was created by physiotherapists for people of all ages.
The app provides you with high quality HD videos of your rehab exercises prescribed by your physiotherapist. There is no more guesswork whether your technique is correct asyou can perform the exercises along with our professionally trained models. Proper
technique is the key to helping you recover faster from injury.

The mi3d exercises range from basic initial stage recovery drills to dynamic end stage rehabilitation. Your physiotherapist can select the appropriate exercises for you from a library of over 2,000 exercises. The principal areas involve range of movement, stretching/flexibility, strengthening, balance, pilates, core stability, agility, plyometrics and sports specific drills.

You can track your progress with interactive rating scales and charts for personal goal- setting, exercise completion, exercise effort and pain. You will feel actively informed and in greater control of your recovery.

We realise that managing rehabilitative exercises can be a very difficult process - between the demands of work and various other commitments. The mi3d app is designed with smart technology throughout - in order to make your life easier.
