About Moodie: Change Your Mood

Are you looking for ways to improve your emotional and physical well-being?
Do you struggle with some of your thoughts and feelings?

Moodie is your personalized wellness companion. Try it out and find a place to reflect, get helpful information, encouragement, guidance, and some coping activities.

Moodie enables you to change your mood through customized engagements called Actions and gives you the ability to create Routines that will help you create positive habits. The only way to change a behaviour is to practice doing it. This format will help you to understand your habits better.

Step 1: Complete a mood check-in daily

Step 2: Choose an Action to help understand what your going through and change your mood. Example: Deep Breathing, Listen to Music, Journalling, End of Day Thoughts, Walking, etc.

Step 3: View your Mood, Action, and Routine progress bars and charts often to see how completing certain Actions can affect your mood in the You Page.

Step 4: Review your day, week, and month by visiting the Journal, which tracks everything you do in the app.

Step 5: Complete an End of Day Thought to reflect on what you enjoyed about the day.

The big update is finally here! We've also added support for multiple devices. Switch between Moodie on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch seamlessly!

We've added a lot of interface improvements and a new app icon!
(Can you keep a secret? Moodie achievements are coming in a version soon.... but don't tell anybody!)

You'll also see a new spot in Moodie to connect your journey with a counsellor or therapist. Full functionality is coming soon! Stay tuned! Want early access? Get in touch via our website.

All of the features of the last major update except our developer, Pat, remembered to dust the chandelier in this version!

You now have complete control over notifications! Receive as many or as few reminders from Moodie about checking your mood and completing your routines as you want. You can now customize your mood check time reminder.
