Dagegen hat die Uni Paderborn ein Rezept: Das Projekt mein beneFIT@upb.de. Unter diesem Dach ist eine Vielzahl an Angeboten gelistet, die euer Wohl im Blick haben. Und das Beste kommt zum Schluss: Wenn ihr eine bestimmte Anzahl an Angeboten genutzt habt, bekommt ihr ein Zertifikat, das euch als Gesundheitsexperten ausweist. Mit der beneFIT App könnt ihr euren Gesundheitspass pflegen und so die Zertifikate erlangen.
