Welcome to a better way to manage your account with our customer mobile app. You can view and pay your bill, report an outage, check outage status, manage your accounts, view billing history, and more! Use the "Remember me" feature to make login a breeze. Everything is now at the touch of your fingertips.

- Choose "Remember me" to skip logging in each time you use the app*

In this release we improved messaging for events when payment processing can’t be completed or takes longer than expected. We also provided a clarification that all payments are processed based on Eastern Time (ET) zone.

Some users are experiencing an intermittent login problem that has been difficult to diagnose. This app version will send additional information back to us to help determine why this might be happening. We are working to resolve the issue and welcome feedback sent to appsupport@aep.com.

In this release we've changed the payment account selection process to not use the first available payment account when you don’t have a default payment account. If you don’t have a default payment account, we will not select one for you from your list of payment accounts. Additionally, we have corrected a number of bugs to ensure that your payment experience continues to be smooth and reliable.

This release includes enhancements to our payment processing platform. It includes the ability for those that are not enrolled in paperless billing to schedule immediate and future dated ACH or credit/debit card payments within our app. Payment processing fees may apply to each transaction.
Due to the enhancement of our payment processing platform, an update to the newest version of our app is required. Users who choose not to update to the current version will not have access to payment processing. We suggest allowing automatic updates for our app to ensure you are always experiencing the newest version of our app.

•AEP Ohio is working to keep the power flowing and looking for ways to better serve our customers during these uncertain times. Through June 30, 2020, customers can use a debit or credit card to pay your bill with no added processing fees.
The suspension of these fees provides customers with more options to keep their account up-to-date during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you need to make payment arrangements, please call our customer service line at 1-800-672-2231.
