Thanks to Outdooractive's state-of-the-art vector technology, you get high-resolution maps with all relevant map details.
Should you ever get lost or need help, we use "what3words", an accurate coordinate identifier that can be accessed and shared via the compass on the map. This way, rescue services can be informed about your exact location.
Skyline
Have you ever wondered which mountain that is in the distance? If so, our Skyline feature is the solution: activate the Skyline layer in the app, point the camera at the mountains and the respective name will be displayed on the map.
Offline maps and content
You can save maps and content offline:
Hiking routes, biking routes, eat & drink, accommodations and also current news
can be found in the app and saved offline. This way you save battery capacity and mobile data while you are on the road in the Black Forest National Park Region.
Plan
Create your own adventure! With the routeplanner you can create your own routes including details and elevation profile with just a few clicks.
Navigation
A navigation function with voice output for all routes and activities: Let yourself be navigated easily from A to B.
Weather
With an automatically generated weather forecast for each route, you can adapt your planned activities to the weather.

If you record a cycling, hiking or running route, you can save your workout in Apple Health. Data from HealthKit is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you have an Outdooractive account, you can easily log in to the "Black Forest National Park Region" app with the same login data. After logging in, the contents of your account will be synchronized.
A one-time registration with Outdooractive or in a customer app like this one gives you access to all partner apps of Outdooractive.
