Effortlessly access key actions like viewing documents, getting quotes, and checking payments right from the top of your dashboard. If you're a WA, SA or NT customer with an upcoming renewal for your NRMA home or motor policy, you're in luck! You can now view all the details of your new policy right from our app. Stay tuned because this feature will soon be available for other states too.

Our NRMA Insurance Rewards Program is now known as Help Hub. An exciting new feature is now available for our Help Hub customers. Help Hub customers can now earn Help Points on eligible activities and can currently redeem Help Points for eGift Cards from select retailers in our app.
For all SA, WA, NT and new NRMA Insurance car policies that were previously SGIO or SCIC Insurance policies, you can now make multiple amendments to car policies in the app all at once. No more hassle of making changes one by one.
