What’s new in OpenManage Mobile (OMM) v4.0
When OMM is connected to a PowerEdge server:
• Monitor internal storage, including storage-specific logs, with the ability to blink system LEDs of physical and virtual disks
When OMM is connected to an OpenManage Enterprise console:
• Download and view any report, including for Power and Thermal policies
• Perform Emergency Power Reduction from anywhere
• Search for any device easily – by Device name, Model number, Service tag, or IP Address
When OMM is connected to an MX7000 modular infrastructure:
• Significant enhancements to monitoring it with Augmented Reality, including support for iPads
• View a health summary of chassis, compute, storage and network devices – and a simplified summary of alerts

OpenManage Mobile now offers more features to securely provision and monitor PowerEdge servers and MX7000 chassis.
MX7000: View health overlays for the back of chassis when in Augmented Reality mode. Also, assign backup lead chassis (for lead redundancy).
Security: Verify CA certificates from iDRAC automatically.
Convenience: Remotely perform a full power cycle on a server. (It is the equivalent of physically detaching and attaching the power cable)

• Monitor, troubleshoot and provision PowerEdge servers and MX7000 – either remotely (over management network) or in datacenter (with wireless Quick Sync 2 module)
