About Skipr - A smart route planner

Our current partners are SNCB - NMBS, De Lijn & Stib, Poppy & Uber and many more are currently being integrated for the Belgian market.

Look no further! Skipr integrates every transport mode you might need in one route planner. Train (SNCB - NMBS), Bus (De Lijn & Stib), Bike, shared car (Poppy) and other public transport modes, our journey planner knows all of them to find the best ways to get where you need to be. Even better, Skipr combines every transport mode to offer you intermodal options. This means Skipr will use every train, bus, bike, car and other public transport option and combine them to create the best travelplan.

Even better, Skipr integrates real-time data about all bus times and train times so you can adapt to it and never be late again. Disrupted train, take the bus. Bus strike, take a shared car. Sunny day, take the bike. In a hurry, take a public cab or a taxi. Discover each day new ways to get to your destination.

2. A CENTRALIZED BOOKING PLATFORM

Next to the train tracker, the bus route maps, the journey planner, and so on, we will also let you book each transport mode in one place. Indeed, you can buy your bus or train ticket inside the app. You can reserve, lock and unlock your shared car, shared scooter or city bike too.

Indeed, once you have chosen your travelplan, you will be able to book any transport mode directly from our application. This means no more worrying about controls in the train and no more searching for the public cab or taxi company’s number. You will be able to book transport modes in one place.

3. AN EASY PAYMENT SYSTEM

Last but definitely not least, we have integrated payment options. You will be able to pay for your SNCB - NMBS or De Lijn & Stib ticket right in the application. Even your Poppy and Uber trips will be payed via the app. And Skipr, will not stop here. Lots of other mobility providers will be added soon. A route planner has never been this complete.

- Park your car with Skipr! Professional users can now use Q-Park simply by registering their licence plate. Once that's done, everything works in a contactless manner. Go to the parking lot, let Q-Park automatically read your license plate, and the gate will open! It's as simple as that.

- You won't have to look so lonely when taking the train anymore. You can now buy tickets for several people.
- Can't go wrong with Husk rides anymore (formerly known as CarASAP). Routes are displayed correctly.
- Our communication regarding MOBIB card actions hasn't been on fleek lately. We've worked our magic, so if your card is full, not linked to the STIB or your card number is incorrect, you'll know exactly what time it is.
- Our location indicator hasn't been in its best shape lately, indicating addresses in quite a drunken manner (we've had several birthdays to celebrate...). You're right, that's not acceptable (ok, boomer). However, it's recovered now and doing its job just fine.
- You won't have to grant location permissions over and over again anymore.
- Bird e-steps and Billy Bike journey results have been integrated!

Hello y'all. You haven't heard from us for a bit but we're back. And let me tell you something :

we've got a doozy of an app update for you!

Here's what's been updated this time:

- We're adding even more multi to the multi modal route planner : You can now book Poppy scooters & Poppy e-steps!
- After force-feeding steroids to the app for a few months it's now faster, better and stronger than Jean-Claude Van Damme. No kidding!
- Not only the brawn but the brain got better too! More & better quality journey results in just a few seconds. Indiana Jones ain't got nothin' on us!
- No need to open the curtains to see the weather. We'll show it to you right on the homescreen. But, spoiler alert, it probably is raining.
- You won't need to decipher the errors anymore. We'll translate them for you. You're welcome.
- App crashes, app freezes... Say no more. We fixed them.

We told you, it's a doozy. However if your trained eye runs into any bugs or issues, let us know at help@skipr.co! Maybe we will send you a sticker or something if you find a good one.

- When you search for a journey, then physically move locations and refresh your search, the app will pick up your new current location and use it.
- You can now change your departure time more than once.
- The signup screen text isn't cut off anymore.

- WE DID IT! E-steps Circ & Uber Jump Bikes have been added. Skipr will now tell you whether one is available close to you.
- The calendar limit of a search in the future wasn’t super clear, fair enough. Journeys taking place later than that limit will not be searchable anymore.
- Users with Dutch set as their phone language might have seen incorrect De Lijn ticket pricing info. This is now solved.
