1. Add Tech ID to “My Profile” & “About Me”
- Technicians will now be able to easily access their Tech ID in BOTH the “My Profile” & “About Me” sections of the Tech App.

3. Highlight chat feature over call/email:
- Appointment chat will now be the highlighted communication form. However, the call/email options will still be available.

2. Update to "done" & "awaiting payment" status in schedule screen: Now, when an appointment has been completed, but payment has not been sent by the customer, we will highlight the appointment red so that it is clear action is still needed.
3. Timeline on claim job screen: In a situation where you have multiple jobs on the schedule, we will place a timeline in the claim job screen that shows the approximate distance between the job that you already have claimed, and the job you are about to claim.
4. Membership sales leaderboard: There will be a leaderboard under the Membership Info tab that shows the number of memberships sold by Puls technicians. At the end of each month, there will be a bonus sent out to the top 3 performing technicians
5. Open appointment chat for all verticals: Chat with customers will be available in every vertical that Puls offers
