So, to stop that you need to deconstruct the road using a digger which will break the road and then you will use an excavator to put out all the mud. Then you will repair the pipeline using construction repairing tools so that there is no leakage after. Then you will start rebuilding the road.

Drive and control heavy excavator machine to load concrete, mud and stones in the loader truck which we will be using to reconstruct the city road in this Road Construction Machines game. You will then dump all this construction concrete, mud and stones in the place where the road is broken and to rebuild the road, you will then use Bulldozer to flatten the construction filling material.
