Fixed the bug that will cause interstitial ad's to still be shown after the ProMode upgrade (but only until the app is restarted).

Updates and bug fixes (checkout the new icon!).
We've added in browser style history navigation for the Chord and Scale libraries and the ability for Pro users to bookmark their favourite videos in to their own playlist.
Remember - if you still can't hear any sound from the app, please check to ensure you don't have the "mute" button turned on!

We've listened to your feedback and as an interim measure whilst we work on the next feature set we've fixed a few bugs made some minor improvements and added support for all you 'lefties' out there with Left Hand Mode, we've also added the ability to show the individual notes within each chord. Both of these options are selectable from within the options screen!
