The Thigbe app is just another way we are unlocking a better way of living for our customers. With this app you can:
• Sign up for service (electricity procurement or just bill management or both)
• Invite roommates to sign-up for service and we can automatically split the costs between all of you of you for every service that we manage for you (electricity, gas, trash, water, internet, etc).
• See, review and track your usage and costs for all the services we manage for you. You can even see the invoice copies from current and past bills. All the answers located in one place.
• If others, such as family members or loved ones, are customers they can include you as a contact and you can monitor their expenses while Thigbe does the payment and shopping leg work.
• Commercial customers (and residential) can track usage and costs by location for each service that we manage.
• Contact Thigbe customer service via phone or messaging. Real people, not robots.
• Receive notifications about new invoices and upcoming payment.
