Thought Record app Description
A thought record app with guided breathing practices, quotes and place not only to record your thoughts, but also to discover some clues to challenging and changing them. Recording the thought, feelings, and thought distortions is quick and easy helping you to recognise the relationship between these. There is also the ability to jot down triggers and underlying beliefs and goals, highlighting how your beliefs influences your thoughts (but that is optional).

Start simply by using this app to get the thought out of your head, open to mindful reflection and challenge. Notice feeling patterns and seeing common cognitive distortion helping you understand yourself and your challenges better. You can learn a bit more about these distortions right here within the app itself along with ideas to regulate your feelings, and even try guided breathing techniques.

The goal noticing the influence of the thought on your mood, and find inspiration to shift your mood, mindset and thoughts. Keep coming back as we add to the list of quotes which reflect inspiring beliefs for you to discover. Quotes that may help you to recognise and reflect on your own internal beliefs and goals.
