Click to Call – You can use the new free voice call feature to reach our travel team and get support from anywhere in the world by following these steps:
• Tap the "Ask Robin" button from the Home Screen.
• Tap the "Click to Call" button on the top right corner of the screen.
• Enter a callback number so the support team can call you back in case the call gets disconnected.
• If you haven’t already, you would be asked to grant permission for accessing the microphone of your device.
• Once the permission is given, the call starts, and you will be presented with an IVR voice menu.
• Select the appropriate menu options and you will be connected to a live agent.
• Similar to a standard call screen, you’ll see a call timer and dedicated controls to mute the audio, turn on the speaker or end the call.
