Fix in FRAC function (thanks F. Oliveira for the report)

- Sci/Sci advanced: USER A..E hotkeys are handled as GSB A..E and can be programmed as such. Previous behavior was to handle them specially and ignore them in programming mode.
- Sci advanced: fixed behavior of matrix instructions STO A..E, STO (I), RCL A..E and RCL (I) when used within in a program. They worked as if USER flag was always on, while they should fix the USER flag status when the instruction was inserted. Thanks V. Brunton for the bug report.

All flavors have now the free (ad-supported) option. So you can experiment with all flavors (financial, scientific and computer programmer's) without cost.

Better handling of multi-touch events during fast typing (thanks to D. Ferrari)

* Financial flavors: fixed issue related to highly negative interest rates (i less than -35%). Aligned IRR with standard: IRR no longer uses "i" as initial guess. Implemented the RCL g R/S key sequence that uses the initial guess.
* Scientific Advanced: fixed several issues related to matrixes and complex numbers (thanks to G. Dupont for reporting). Improved SOLVE algorithm (thanks to H. Bieshaar).

2. Fix a rare case where the app is unexpectedly closed when the app is put back to foreground, having been on background.

1. Complete stop when put in background. In this version, even running programs are suspended while the calculator is off-screen. The app should no longer indicate background activity in 'Energy' section of Settings.
2. Flavors can now be purchased directly at App Store.
3. Calculator engines updated.

Fixed bug where flavor would change from scientific to financial when app is restarted.

2) Added fast swap buttons to exchange between flavors without opening the Flavors menu.

* Added option "Don't sleep" to Settings. If enabled, screen stays unlocked while app is in use.
* Landscape view now works for both landscape-left and landscape-right phone orientations.
* Added interstitial ads, shown at startup, for free flavors.
