TrainChamp Virtual Training LEVELS.

1) BASIC: prescribe text-based workouts and diet plans. It’s as simple as writing what you want them to do and when you want them to do it. You can text, interact and train directly through the app whether in person or remotely.

2) INTERMEDIATE: customize workouts with exercises, equipment, exercise types, steps, sets, reps, weight, time and rest periods. Prescribe calorie and macro-based diet plans. Add custom reminders to take supplements, track stats and biometrics, perform workout or nutrition augmentation. Write client programs by scheduling nutrition, workouts, meetings, and reminders for each phase, and you can always tweak as they progress through phases.

3) ADVANCED: adjust supersets and drop sets in workouts and scheduled workouts. Adjust workout variables based on a percentage of your client’s 1 Rep Projected Max (RPM™), track their RPM’s over time to adjust phases based on client response and performance. Adjust nutrition during phases to maximize client’s gains. Create program phases from workouts, nutrition, and reminders to reuse as a template in the future. Market your business with your own free TrainChamp website: https://yourname.trainchamp.com. Upload a video blog from the app and accept new signups online. Order marketing materials to help you grow your business. Prescribe Workouts with Heart Rate Monitoring. It uses HealthKit to sync your heart rate information with workouts.
