In this version, it's now the case that if you painstakingly change your edit order to be what you want, and then you change the soundtrack, your edit order will be left the way it is instead of being reset. Unfortunately, it'll still change if you modify the balance, speed, or filter. Our plan is that in a later version of the app, those features won't reset your editor order either. We're still working on it.
Also, you can now sign in with Snapchat if any of our other sign in methods weird you out.

Wow, we sure weren't kidding about adding new bugs in the last version. Sorry about that 923 error, which was the return of an old favorite from last September that had to do with selecting clips that weren't actually on your phone, but were actually stored in a remote location in some kind of mysterious cloud-like apparatus. In this version, we've made a few improvements to the new video creation experience.
We're also aware of the new crashing bugs and the video aspect ratio issues and we promise that they'll be fixed in the next release after this one. We have fixes almost all ready to go but they didn't quite make it into this version.

Editor improvements:
• Handles landscape now!
• It uses a clip from every video you put in!
• No repeats until it’s gone through all the video you put in!
• Editor has more emphasis on action - clips will open on movement (tho also this sometimes camera movement which we’re still working on). This should also improve one shot editing
• Editing is more reliable - if you pick the same clips and the same soundtrack your video will always be the same
• Edit circles behave better
Soundtrack improvements:
• Now selects a moment (somewhat intelligently!) no more same-y music!
• Fade in / out
Other:
• Improved quality of video displayed (higher res)
• Pace has more granularity
• Tons of bug fixes

We added video sharing and more vibes created by Ela who is awesome. We're now super extra sure we fixed the bug that almost nobody told us about but which was happening to everyone where you would be signed out every week when a new version of the app was installed. If you reported this bug, we're awarding you 100 Internet points.
Also, the hit regions of the video screen buttons are now the right size so they're easier to tap. Amazing!

• We've added more channels to the home screen.
• On your profile screen, you can now swipe left and right to see all the videos you've posted, with an option to delete them.
• On the profile screen of another user, you can swipe to see all of that user's videos.

We've addressed several problems that you may have experienced trying to sign in after deleting the app and reinstalling it. If you are still running into trouble, please let us know.
The "Choose clips to combine" screen now lists your videos by creation date instead whatever the previous embarrassingly awful behavior was that was listing them out of order.

There's now more variation in the soundtracks when you choose a vibe. Also, each time you select the same vibe, you'll get a different soundtrack.
On the Change Your Video screen, manually chosen soundtracks, speeds, and vibes are no longer overridden as side effects of using other controls. If you choose a soundtrack, speed, or vibe, it won't change unless you change it yourself.

We've spiffed up the color lookups associated with each vibe, and added a No Vibe option that restores the original color of your video, without alteration.
Also, we've fixed the problems with slow motion and 4K videos that didn't work, soundtrack previews that wouldn't play, some more of the crashing, and a bunch of other deliciously janky little details. The clips screen now lists your videos in the same order as the Photos app, because it's the best.
