1. 금천구 마음건강 스마트케어에서 측정한 생체신호(맥파/뇌파)
측정 결과를 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 신체(자율신경)나이, 스트레스, 누적피로도, 심장건강도,
두뇌건강 점수, 집중도, 두뇌 활동 정도, 두뇌 스트레스 등

2. 스트레스 완화, 수면 유도, 집중력 강화 등의 힐링 음악을 제공합니다.

3. 전용 웨어러블(Ring) 제품과 연동하여 호흡 훈련을 통한
자율신경 바이오피드백 훈련을 제공합니다.
- 자율신경 균형을 위한 호흡법(10분/30분) 제공
- 호흡훈련 후 결과 분석 제공

4. 전용 웨어러블(Ring) 제품과 연동하여 수면 관리 및
스트레스 관리를 할 수 있습니다.
- 수면 분석 : 수면 효율, 수면 시간, 깬 횟수, 심박수 등
