About 5K by DayX (Couch to 5K)

'5K by DayX' is very easy-to-follow beginner run/walk training program to
get you off the couch and ready-to-run 5 km (3.1 miles) in about 8 Weeks

You'll be training Just 3 Days a week for 30 minutes/Day.

This program starts slowly (more walking than running),
then gradually increases the time spent running until you're able
to the complete 5 km (3.1miles) distance without walking.

During the exercise, audio cues tell you when to walk, run, warmup, cool down.
So take your headphones with you. (of course you can listen to music or
podcasts using any installed music player or Podcast app)

You need Rest days to recover during a training program and Rest days are
a part of '5k by DayX'

**Uses the proven Couch to 5K training method.
**Very Intuitive and familiar user interface.
**Facebook and Twitter Integrated.
**3 times per week with necessary rest days between.
**Compatible with all GPS and Music Apps.
**Accurate alerts even if the device is locked.
