Women that live a busy lifestyle can't always make it to the gym. This app contains 57 exercise and workout videos that can be done at home to create stronger and leaner abs, with both strength and cardio - using minimal or no equipment.
A flat tummy and nice abs require two things: strong abs, and being lean enough to actually see them. You'll start with 7 simple warm up exercises, and move on to 49 different exercise training videos. The 7 workout videos utilize the exact same exercises you learned in the training videos, and Shannon works with you through with a complete round which you can repeat for additional rounds.
We want to do be very clear and realistic: It requires a very low body fat percentage to see ab definition. Additional training (whole-body resistance and cardio training) and a strict diet may be required to achieve the desired results, but this depends a number of factors with the specific individual and their lifestyle.
