About Tespo Sleep Challenge
Welcome to the Tespo Sleep Challenge!
Using your Tespo Dispenser and Tespo Sleep Pod, find out how your sleep is affected by participating in the Tespo Sleep Challenge.
During the course of the two week challenge, we measure the effectiveness of the Tespo Sleep Pod by letting you 1) connect your health data in Apple HealthKit and Fitbit and 2) conduct daily journaling.
