BrainFreqz - The ultimate in brainwave entrainment! Now integrates with Apple's Health app to capture every minute spent in mindfulness meditation!
Unlike others, BrainFreqz allows the user to specify multiple frequencies and targets to trigger the brain's natural "frequency following response". The brain needs time to entrain itself to a frequency close to its current state before being guided slowly to the target and finally to the desired finishing state. Jumping straight to a completely different frequency than that at which the brain is currently operating simply isn't effective. Only BrainFreqz offers this unique capability!
Simple, easy to use interface and clear instructions allow for quickly creating new "entrainment scenes" for practical use such as meditation, focus, or sleep induction, or for experimental purposes. Frequencies of 1Hz to 30Hz are available. Choose from 6 different entrainment sounds; 3 noise sounds and 3 tone sounds. Add ambient background soundscapes to complete scene.
