New Streak Rules:
1. Only sets done in the workout player will trigger the streak
2. Now you can have 2 consecutive rest days to maintain your streak (up from one) i.e. workout on Monday and Thursday will be a 4 day streak.
Keep in mind: if you have been tracking your streak by adding workouts manually in the log, you have to do it before updating the app.
Tournament:
Streak count will be capped to the beginning of the tournament to provide an even playing field. The beginning is 14th of December for the preliminary round and 1st of January for the Tournament; i.e. if you have a 100 days streak starting in 2020 and its the 15th of January 2021, the Tournament will count 15 days of your streak.
Note: as of now you can only participate in the tournament with app version 4.6.

Full support for Unilateral Exercises have been added: now you can set left and right side to unilateral exercises, they autoprogress correctly and show up right on the workout screen.

I implemented supersets in the app based on requests for this feature.
Add your routines to a workout and then set up the superset multiplier: (AB)x3 = ABABAB

New score-calculations added, this will add a score to each exercise category and sum it up on the logs screen.
Time filtering of the log screen added.
