We are working on bringing in new updates which would require iOS 11 or higher to function. Please update to the latest OS to access the upcoming features and enhancements.

- In this update we've refined the backend code to improve app performance and carried out a few feature enhancements.

* We've brought in support for Picklist tracking in the mobile app. You can now view and track the history of changes made to picklist values and never miss out on vital information.

* We've brought in support for Siri shortcuts.

* We've addressed a scenario wherein records were not displayed in the custom view when a user lookup field was set as the criteria.

* An issue 'Request pattern incorrect' which cropped up in the Home screen when the device's timezone was set to GMT has been fixed.

* A scenario where the message 'No cellular network' cropped up when a call was made from the app, even though carrier signal was full has been addressed.

* We've also carried out a few enhancements and addressed a few crashes in this update.

* The Zoho CRM Platform app (v1.3+) is compatible with iOS 10 and above.

- We now support the use of Custom Buttons within the app.
- Module and admin level changes made on the web will now sync automatically with the app.
- You can now define how you would like your data to be, by ensuring your users meet the standards set for records using validation rules.
- Set multiple owners for a record using the user field.
- We've brought in support to access the KPI components within the Dashboards module.
- Attach images faster and save space at the same time using Image Compression.
- We've refined the backend code to address crash scenarios and rectify bugs.

We’ve now implemented customisable privacy and security settings to enhance the security of your data.

- Page layout: Page layout is now supported in the app.
- Dashboards: Visualise key sales metrics and make informed business decisions with Dashboards.
- Global search: Search for records across modules using the all new Global search feature.
- Passcode Lock with Touch ID: We’ve now introduced the Passcode lock feature for an extra layer of security.
- Approvals: You can now approve/reject/delegate/resubmit records from within the app.
- Blueprint: You can now traverse through the different stages of your sales process with Blueprint.
