About eFit 3.0

Mit der e-Fit 3.0 App haben alle Mitglieder einer Fitnessanlage die Möglichkeit sich über den aktuellen Stand der eigenen Finanzen (offene Beiträge, Beiträge im Lastschriftlauf, offene Theken-Forderungen) zu informieren.
Alle bisher durchgeführten Trainertermine, sowie alle schon geplanten zukünftigen Trainertermine werden angezeigt. Zur optimalen Erreichung der Trainingsziele, kann das Mitglied täglich seine Feelness, also seine subjektive Wertung hinsichtlich Stresslevel, Einhaltung der Ernährungsempfehlung und sein Aktivitätslevel außerhalb der Fitnessanlage dokumentieren.
