About Driven Abs
This app for anyone, either male or female, to achieve not only beautifully sculpted abs but the confidence of knowing how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The PROGRESS page is where all of your tracked data is stored. Knowledge is power and knowing which workouts and exercises have made the biggest impact on your body is critical to your progress. This page not only allows you to review all of your workout activity, but it can also provide a day-to-day visual breakdown of your progress via the Selfie timeline.
The WORKOUTS page features all different types of ab-related workouts, each carefully researched and constructed to match anyone’s experience or lifestyle. Just remember - always challenge yourself, stay safe, and (more importantly) have fun! Each workout is designed around either an ab-related fitness goal or a type of lifestyle. However, all of them will give you a great ab workout regardless of their purpose.
The EXERCISES page gives you access to video demonstrations, details, and instructions on more than 25 ab-related exercises. Some are more challenging than others so make sure you check the level of skill recommended before attempting any of them. To learn more about an exercise, just tap on it.
