HelpSteps connects individuals to local health and human resources to alleviate disparities in health and social well-being in our community. HelpSteps was developed by a team at Boston Children's Hospital and is maintained by Veta Health. HelpSteps is supported by the Boston Public Health Commission, Mass 211 and the Greater Boston Food Bank.
