Adaptive and accessible yoga for beginners to more seasoned practitioners right in the palm of your hand! Classes offer a vairety of modifications and emphasize on the use of yoga props adapting the practice for you. Classes include: Chair, Aqua, Gentle, Restorative, Mellow Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga en Espanol, Beginner Yoga. All proceeds of classes and memberships go to our JBYF Grant Fund to provide Yoga teacher Training to Marginalized Communities.
