Are you on Medicare and concerned about the quality of your care? The LivantaCares Medicare Helpline app is the fastest way to get help with your Medicare healthcare concerns.
This smart phone app makes it easy to reach our call centers with your healthcare concerns and receive reminders about your rights as a Medicare patient. The LivantaCares Medicare Helpline is available for free and is for people on traditional Medicare or Medicare Advantage health plans. The app is GPS-enabled and will give you timely notification regarding your Medicare rights. You can also receive notifications on the status of your open case.
Through Medicare, you have the right to file a complaint about all types of care, whether at your doctor’s office, at the hospital, or in another setting. If you have a concern about your healthcare, the app provides quick and easy access to our call center representatives, who will work with you to address your concerns. Examples of concerns or complaints include:
- Given the wrong medicine, or other medication mistake
- Given a notice that you are being discharged before you are ready to leave
- Became sick with an infection while in the facility
- Received the wrong treatment or care
- Having problems receiving care
- Other health care errors
