The app generates a personalized running program based on your goals, level and physical condition in order to achieve great results. The 8-week program designed by top coaches will help you to burn calories 3X faster. Your training program includes walking, running and sprinting. You can keep your motivation alive knowing you’re burning fat with interval workouts in the “LOSE WEIGHT RUNNING” app!

**DIFFICULTY LEVEL**

** SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & DETAILS**
Premium service gives access to advanced features of the app. Non-subscribed users will only be able to complete week 1 of the training programs. You may need to subscribe to our premium service if you wish to continue your workouts.
• All iOS subscriptions can be managed within iTunes, you will be able to cancel or change your subscription settings there.
• All the payments made through iTunes are controlled by Apple.
• Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
