About One Med Chart

One Med Chart is a wellness application that keeps track of your health. You do not need a physician or belong to some group to have access to your medical records. Furthermore, your records are yours, and no one else has access to them. However, you can share your records with whomever you please. Keep track of your medications, workouts, and fitness data from Apple Health Kit, Google, Fitbit, etc. as well. You can print out your One Med Chart snapshot and carry it with you in case of an emergency. Lastly, view and schedule an appointments with doctors near you.
