About Pack Health
Pack Health is a digital health coaching platform for chronic disease management. We partner members with their own personal Health Advisor, who provides weekly coaching sessions and personalized follow-up online and over the phone according to the member's communication preferences. In addition to being a virtual partner in problem-solving, coaches share videos, activities, and resources to support the member's specific health needs. All it takes is 20 minutes a week to get back on track for your health!
The new Pack Health app allows members to view weekly lessons and complete quizzes on the go and also provides access to Pack Health’s complete knowledge library to find articles about their medical condition, health recipes, as well as exercise demonstrations and tips for healthy living.
Depending on condition and program enrollment, members can also use the Pack Health app to connect to Apple’s Health app to track daily activity as well as other fitness trackers such as Fitbit, Garmin, and more. Ask your health advisor for more information on this feature!

The Pack Health App now has notifications! You can choose to be reminded of your next call with your Health Advisor, to complete your survey, or to complete your day tracker. You can customize which notifications you'd like to receive in Settings.
Do you track your steps or other health data with a watch, phone or app? You can now share that information with your Health Advisor! In the menu, go to Settings > Devices to link your accounts. You can also revoke access at any time.
