Panda Dictionary is a multifunctional app with an offline Chinese-English dictionary, a practical phrasebook, web browser with instant translation, and many more tools for learning the Chinese language.

• Web Browser: browse Chinese web pages & tap on Chinese characters to instantly get an English definition.
• Phrasebook: practical sentences for everyday use and travel.
