1. Agriculture Dealers - Can submit Satisfaction Guarantee claims, Hours and Tire Pressure required.

The App has been improved to allow Dealers to be able to
1.Submit claims for Commercial Truck Tires - must be connected to wi-fi or mobile data for full functionality.
2.Sign into the App using their MyPortal User ID and password.
•Dealers can continue to use their Bibnet User ID password.
3.Where images are required, photo #1 and photo#2 are now reordered to have Photo #1 be Area of Concern and Photo#2 be the DOT.

1. Michelin Dealers to sign into the App using their My PORTAL LOGIN credentials in addition to their current Bibnet user name and password. Open market Dealers will continue to use their OM- user name and password that they created.
2. Agriculture Warranty Claims submitted by Open Market Dealers will now be visible in the App for 30 days from date of claim allowing dealers more time to complete their packlist.
