If you practising bodybuilding or fitness, you already know that rest time in between sets is paramount in a quality workout.
Too much rest and you lose your pump. Too little rest and you quickly fatigue the working muscle.
In order to optimize your workout, this very simple application provides 2 essential tools:
- A timer to manage your rest time between each sets, with countdown and audio signal at end
- An easy interface to count the number of sets you made
Compatible with all versions of iPhone and iPod touch.
The audio signal is played over the music of the iPod, make sure to set the ringtone volume to maximum before you start playing music.
