About Runly - Weightloss walking
Runly - Weightloss workout helps you to lose weight in a quick and sustainable way the philosophy is easy, lose more calories than you consume on a daily basis.
How it works:
-You take pictures of the food you eat on a daily basis, runly automated food detector detects the food you snapped.
-You get personalized training sessions suggested, according to the calories you consume and the dream weight you entered in the beginning of the app.
- Go on a walk in the evening as the app suggests it and start seeing results in a couple of days/weeks.
- Despite tracking the calories you consume we have a integrated water drinking tracker & reminder. So you can stay healthy and hydrated.
This is how the RunlyApp will help you follow the wellness and weight loss plans you’ve set:
- We help you set a goal;
- We help you build endurance;
- We offer personalized and science-based workout routines;
- We oversee your meals and calories you consume.
Runly will send you reminders and motivating messages to encourage your training and healthy diet.
As a Runly app user, you can choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs, by considering the workout, the diet, and the costs. Our Premium 1-year subscription plan offers unlimited access to every level of every imaginable workout routine in exchange for a single payment. In addition, 1-week subscription and 1-month are available for users. For your convenience, Runly subscriptions are set to automatically renew within the 24-hour period prior to the subscription end date. You can cancel your subscription at any moment in your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the terms. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Runly is integrated with the Health kit, so you can find your activities data in the Health App.
