This is a major update with these great new features:
- Now runs in background so other apps or music can be accessed without interrupting the timer and alert sounds
- Runs in sleep and lock modes
- Music is silenced slightly when sound alerts play so alerts are easily discernible
- Sound alerts have been changed and now sound twice
- A new ,1 minute run - 2 minute walk interval has been added
- Completely updated and fresh interface
